Jerome Schad is the Town of Amherst Democratic Chairman, former counsel to the now extinct Democratic majority in the County Legislature and current Erie County Water Authority Commissioner who has been employed on your dime to represent Poloncarz in the past......
From the time stamp on the Hibit email, it seems this was done during working hours. Is this yet another abuse of public resources to benefit Mr. Poloncarz personal political career? What do you think? I don't know about you, but I am well qualified to clean toilets.
